Returns & Exchanges

To facilitate a return or exchange on any Rae Jewels item, please reach out to us at raesjewellery@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to assist you in completing your return or exchange. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please provide us with a tracking number once the item is shipped back to us for further inspection. Faulty products may also be "refunded" in the form of a credit to be used for future purchases at Rae Jewels in the future if chosen by the customer.

If you receive a product which you would like to exchange for another size, please also contact raesjewellery@gmail.com for further assistance and we will be happy to help you and send you the corrected proper size.
